The Secret to Building Confidence that Most Women Overlook

The secret is simple. The secret is natural. The secret is something you already possess. The question is, are you using it daily to your benefit? By understanding and using this secret power that you possess you could have higher confidence, better relationships especially with men, more clarity about who you are, and greater awareness of what you want out of life.

The secret is tapping into your feminine energy. The secret is your ability to accept, embrace, and work your inner womanhood!

A confident woman is a woman who embraces her femininity completely.

She recognizes that denying her womanhood means she is ultimately denying her true self. [Tweet This!]

The biggest thing you’ve been missing is the ability to be a feminine being. Feminine does not mean you’re a feminist or a womanist. Nor does it suggest you’re weaker than men.  Nor does it mean you are really girl-girl all the time. Nor does it mean you are playing into European standards of womanhood.

Women of color especially struggle with tapping into the feminine because of the roles we play within our communities that require us to lead, and possess masculine qualities to take care of our families and succeed in our careers.

However, tapping into your feminine self is the quickest, easiest, and most powerful way to build your confidence up regardless of how high or low it currently is.

Being a woman may seem minor to some, but the confident, go-getters, living out their dreams, having the man they want and need kind of women of the world know the secret and they use it to their advantage.

They tap into their femininity which allows them to have higher levels of self-esteem, healthier bodies, happier marriages, and overall more successful lives.

Naturally we have energies that flow: masculine energy and feminine energy. We choose which energy we will allow to flow and glow from ourselves.

Masculine Energy: Analytical, Competitive, Rational, Goal-directed, Assertive, Action focused, Logical

Feminine Energy: Intuitive, Collaborative, Emotional, Passionate, Creative, Empathetic, Receptive, Nurturing, and Healing

We need both energies. But, we need to especially learn, understand, and be present in the essence of true womanhood and embrace our femininity. When it comes to relationships, think of this way, a man doesn’t want to be in a relationship with another man and you wouldn’t want to be in a relationship with another woman unless that was your type. It is imperative that in romantic relationships each partner picks the side they will flow with the most whether it be a heterosexual or homosexual relationships.

I want to hear from you below:

  • Do you ever find yourself being in masculine energy often?
  • Why do you think women of color struggle or dismiss this secret at times?
  • How do you tap into your feminine energy and powers?

  1. Great post. I completely agree with you. There is tremendous power and beauty in being a woman, but unfortunately many times we completely ignore our feminine power thinking something else is “better.” An original is far better than a copy, it is far more powerful to walk in our unique and God-given qualities.
